When we bought this place and sold our last home we made a significant profit which we planned to use for renovations. Some unexpected expenses arose during the reno process plus several scams with what I now know are shady contractors and we ended up in pretty dire straights.

The debate seems to be stirring once again about whether or not the government of Ontario should pay for 3 IVF treatments for couples dealing with infertility issues. The same report this same government commissioned in 2008 has still yet to be implemented because the politicians fear how people will react to this use of tax dollars. Never mind ( Read more... )
